To the facilities manufacturing functional resin products, we would like to introduce a case where our blow discs were supplied. From the user, we received an inquiry stating, "Chips of about 1-2mm are clogging at the hopper discharge section, so we installed a nozzle nearby for air aeration, but it hasn't resolved the issue." Since the material has relatively good flowability, we resolved the clogging by installing three standard blow discs 250mm above the hopper wall from the discharge section. Most cases we consult on involve materials with relatively poor flowability.
